Note: This is a mutator for the server only! This doesn't work on the client due to authority only (Function that only executes on the server).

I don't like the way how we earn supply points in-game. I want it just like the old insurgency game. This mutator will bring back the old supply point reward where you get supply points every round end, every time you captured an objective or destroyed an objective.


Mutator name is AdvancedSupplyPoints

You will have to config it in game.ini file. The following configs are the default value.


Config:

[/AdvancedSupplyPoints/Mutators/AdvancedSupplyPoints.AdvancedSupplyPoints_C]
;Players that captured the objective will get this amount of supply as a reward
ObjectiveCapturedSupply=1

;Players that destroyed the objective will get this amount of supply as a reward
ObjectiveDestroyedSupply=1

;Everytime a round end, players in losing team will get this amount of supply point
RoundEndSupply=1

;Everytime a round end, players in winning team will get this amount of supply point
RoundEndWinningTeamSupply=1


Requirement:

[/Script/Insurgency.INSMultiplayerMode]
bSupplyGainEnabled=True


Please make sure you enabled bSupplyGainEnabled. Otherwise, it won't work.


If you want the supply point reward affect instantly instead of next round then enable bAwardSupplyInstantly
Both of these configs are part of the game itself and it will go in [/Script/Insurgency.INSMultiplayerMode]


SupplyGainFrequency which is also part of the game. Players will gain a supply point every x amount of score they have. If you don't like this just put the SupplyGainFrequency with a really high value like 99999.
You cannot disable this because we need the bSupplyGainEnabled in other for mutator to work.

I have it enabled and set all to earn 2 or more just for testing and only appear to be receiving 1 per cap and none for round end. no longer receive any for kill so that's a *thumbs*. Just checkpoint server.

Your config has to start with a slash
like
[/AdvancedSupplyPoints/Mutators/AdvancedSupplyPoints.AdvancedSupplyPoints_C]
instead of
[AdvancedSupplyPoints/Mutators/AdvancedSupplyPoints.AdvancedSupplyPoints_C]

No need to use the mutator you just adjust how many point you have to make in order to get the supply points. You can even get 1 supply point per 10 points or kill

That isn't what I want. That's like the person with most kill will get more supply points to have better weapons. The person that's bad will forever stay bad with less supply points.

Compare to the old insurgency where you get supply points every round end instead to make it more balanced.
