Test Theater Version 3
Made AN-M14 and Molotov available to both teams, and decreased cost to 1.
The goal here is to try and allow people to experiment with strategies. If this leads to spam or cheese, it can get reverted immediately. The reason to make both available is to allow both a firebomb that bounces (AN-M14) and does not bounce (Molotov) regardless of which side you are.
Reduced cost of both carriers. Light carrier 3 > 2. Heavy Carrier 4 > 3.
I have heard a lot of people say the cost of carriers is a little steep for what is basically just a grenade slot. One cost less probably wont change a lot, but hopefully encourages people to take more utility.
Reduced cost of both Armors. Heavy Armor 4 > 2. Light Armor 2 > 1.
Armor is always somewhat of a joke. A few players do like it for B play to avoid wallbangs or crosspicks or nades. Making it slightly cheaper will allow it to fit into more classes. While it wont save you in most face to face gunfights, it might become a consideration to reduce wallbanging on maps where it is common (refinery, hideout) or where prenades are insane (farmhouse, though not on sec side where the meta is to beat them with speed)
Any time we talk about making armor cheaper, some people raise a stink about how it will ruin the game if everyone starts taking armor. I have never believed those fears, so lets see if its an issue or not.
Reduced the cost of any primary that had a cost higher than the FAL or M14. Specifically:
FAMAS 8 > 6 (now same as FAL)
ACE 7 > 6 (now same as FAL)
VHS 8 > 7 (now same as M14)
This change is to bring some sense to the primary weapon costs. The FAL and M14 are considered the meta. Anything being more expensive than them seems unrealistic. Increasing the FAL or M14 would come with drastic meta changes, so keeping them the same and adjusting other weapons is the better place to start.
G3 Ext Magazine re-added, at cost of 2.
NWI removed this a little while back and pretty much everyone disagreed. The G3 is most similar to the TAVOR and ACE, so if they get the larger magazine, the G3 can have it as well.
Reduced the cost of the M99 and M82 from 5 to 3.
These are bad, they are probably going to stay bad, but they also probably don't need to cost 5.
Addded the SVD, M110, and Garand to the Marksman classes.
This is one of the more requested changes. This enables all 5 players to take one shots, which some people like. On the other hand, it increases the chance that no one will use flanker weapons, which some people think is really bad. Lets see how it is.
